In 2021, Arjun Kumar was VP Sales at a Series B SaaS company. Every Monday, his team spent 90 minutes pulling data from Pipedrive, building a spreadsheet, and calculating whether they'd hit the quarter. The numbers were always wrong by Tuesday. His MD stopped trusting them.

He tried Salesforce - it took 6 weeks to implement and still didn't answer the question. He tried Clari - it cost $80/seat and was built for Fortune 500 companies, not a 15-person sales team in Bengaluru.

So he built OrgAxis. A CRM designed entirely around the revenue number - not activity tracking, not marketing automation, not a 40-module feature warehouse. Just: are we hitting the target, and if not, why?

Today, OrgAxis is used by 500+ sales teams across India and Southeast Asia, tracking over ₹400 crore in annual revenue.

2021 - The Problem
The Monday morning spreadsheet
Arjun Kumar, VP Sales at a Bengaluru SaaS startup, builds the same revenue forecast spreadsheet every Monday. 90 minutes. Always wrong by Tuesday. He starts sketching what a better system would look like.
2022 - The Build
First version ships to 10 beta teams
Arjun and co-founder Meera Nair build the first version of OrgAxis over 8 months. The core idea: Target → Secured → Commit → Gap as the primary interface. 10 teams agree to beta test. 8 stay on after the trial ends.
Late 2022 - Seed Round
₹4 Cr seed from Artha Ventures
OrgAxis raises a ₹4 Cr seed round led by Artha Ventures, with participation from three angel investors who had all lived the problem firsthand as sales leaders at Indian tech companies.
2023 - Product Market Fit
Attention Zone ships. Growth takes off.
The launch of the Attention Zone risk engine triggers a step-change in user engagement and word-of-mouth. MRR triples in 6 months. The team grows from 4 to 18 people. Mobile apps launch in Q4.
2024 - Series A
$3M Series A · 200+ customers
OrgAxis raises a $3M Series A led by Elevation Capital, reaching 200 paying customers. The team expands into Southeast Asia with customers in Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. INR billing via Razorpay launches.
2026 - Now
500+ teams. ₹400 Cr revenue tracked.
OrgAxis is used by 500+ sales teams across India and Southeast Asia. The platform tracks over ₹400 crore in annual revenue. We're 34 people, fully remote, and we just shipped the AI Deal Scoring beta. The roadmap for 2026 is the best it's ever been.
