In 2021, Arjun Kumar was VP Sales at a Series B SaaS company. Every Monday, his team spent 90 minutes pulling data from Pipedrive, building a spreadsheet, and calculating whether they'd hit the quarter. The numbers were always wrong by Tuesday. His MD stopped trusting them.
He tried Salesforce - it took 6 weeks to implement and still didn't answer the question. He tried Clari - it cost $80/seat and was built for Fortune 500 companies, not a 15-person sales team in Bengaluru.
