Intro call (30 min)
A quick conversation with the hiring manager. We'll talk about your background, what you're looking for, and why OrgAxis.

Take-home task (2–3 hrs)
A focused, realistic task that reflects actual work at OrgAxis. We pay ₹3,000 for your time regardless of outcome.

Team interview (60 min)
You meet 2–3 teammates from the relevant function. We walk through your task, discuss thinking, and answer your questions honestly.
04
Founder chat + offer
A 20-min conversation with Arjun or Meera. If it's a match, we make an offer within 48 hours. No lowballing, no exploding offers.
