Getting Started
Set up in 5 minutes
Follow these steps. Most new accounts have a working revenue dashboard within one hour.

1. Create your account and invite your team
Sign up with your work email, choose your plan, and invite sales reps by email. Each rep gets a personal login. Admins control permissions from Settings โ Team.

2. Configure your pipeline stages
Go to Settings โ Pipeline and define your sales stages (e.g. Prospect โ Qualified โ Proposal โ Negotiation โ Close). Assign each stage a StageType: Active, Won, or Lost. This powers forecasting and risk detection.

3. Set revenue targets per rep
Go to Settings โ Targets and set a quarterly revenue target for each rep, per service type. This unlocks the Target / Secured / Commit / Gap dashboard. Start with rough numbers and refine later.

4. Import your existing pipeline
Go to Pipeline โ Import and upload a CSV from your CRM or spreadsheet. Map columns to OrgAxis fields. All historical data is preserved. Download our pre-formatted template to make mapping easy.

5. Review your Revenue Dashboard
Once deals are imported, your Revenue Dashboard is live. Check that Target, Secured, Commit, and Gap numbers look correct. If anything seems off, see the troubleshooting guide or contact support.

6. Configure risk rules (recommended)
Go to Settings โ Risk Rules to review the pre-built Attention Zone rules. Enable or disable based on your sales cycle. Scale plan customers can also create custom rules.
