Meera Nair led engineering teams at Freshworks for 4 years before joining Arjun to build OrgAxis. She was responsible for the architecture of OrgAxis's real-time forecasting engine, the data pipeline that processes pipeline changes into updated dashboards in under 3 seconds, and the Attention Zone risk scoring system.

Her writing focuses on the intersection of data engineering and sales operations - how to build systems that make good sales data a byproduct of working deals, rather than a separate discipline on top of them. She's particularly interested in why CRM data is always dirty and how to fix that at the system level rather than the behaviour level.

She holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from NIT Trichy and is based in Chennai. She runs half marathons and is currently learning Carnatic violin.
