Arjun Kumar spent 8 years in B2B SaaS sales before founding OrgAxis. As VP Sales at two of India's fastest-growing fintech companies, he ran teams of 15-40 reps, closed enterprise deals, and wrestled with the same problem every quarter: getting an accurate answer to "are we going to hit the number?" without a 2-hour spreadsheet exercise.
In 2021, he started building OrgAxis as a side project. By 2022, 8 of his 10 beta customers had stayed on after the trial and the company was real. He writes primarily about revenue forecasting methodology, pipeline management, and sales leadership topics he spent a decade learning the expensive way.
He is based in Bengaluru, holds a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from ISB Hyderabad, and coaches youth cricket on weekends.
